Assistant Fire Chief Dan Moberg of Vancouver Fire Rescue Services told the media that the collapse happened while a mini loader was working on the roof. Heavy equipment fell into the spaces below in the two-story building, which is built into the side of a steep hill. Cars can enter the car park on the roof directly from Lougheed.
