Suns secures a huge signature as a redrawing of the top draftee

Gold Coast has re-signed Jack Lukosius until the end of the 2024 season.

The talented youngster has avoided returning to South Australia by committing to the Suns in the long run.

He joins Ben King, Matt Rowell and others in choosing to stick with the Suns.

Gold Coast is 11th on the rankings with seven wins and a 111.6 percentage point and feels on track for their best year ever.

“I could not be happier to commit to four more years at SUNS, I am really grateful that they have shown faith in me to play here and I would not want to be anywhere else,” said Lukosius.

“It was a decision I wanted to make for myself, I did not want to rush or be influenced by others. I definitely took my time and it’s one I could not be more pleased with.

“We’ve put in a lot of hard work over the last couple of years, we’re starting to see some rewards now and I think it’s really exciting.

“The work is not done and as we move forward in our journey, we are really hungry to make sure we earn all the success we get as a gaming group.

“I’m just eager to get out on the pitch again and hopefully play my part in getting the club going where we want to go.”
