Luckily for you, we have selected three of the best things on streaming services that you can get stuck on this weekend and we can promise you that they are all treats.
Rather call Saul (The last paragraphs)
What: After Breaking Badconclusion in 2013, the series spawned a prequel spin-off series, Rather call Saul.
With Bob Odenkirk, the Emmy-nominated drama Rather call Saul is finally returning for his sixth and final season. The series ends the complicated journey and the transformation of its compromised hero, Jimmy McGilll (Odenkirk), into criminal lawyer Saul Goodman.
From the cartel to the courthouse, from Albuquerque to Omaha, season 6 tracks Jimmy / Saul as well as Jimmy’s complex relationship with Kim (Rhea Seehorn), who is in the middle of her own existential crisis.
It has also been suggested Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul as Jesse Pinkman will perform, though not much is known about it. Fans will hope that the characters will help bridge the gap between the events between the end of Rather call Saul and the beginning of Breaking Bad.
When: New episodes are released every Tuesday. You can also stream season 1-5 and first part of season 6 now.
How to change your mind
What: How to change your mind is a new documentary based on the book of the same name by author Michael Pollan.
This four-part documentary series takes viewers on a psychedelic renaissance, exploring the potential of mind-altering drugs and how they can be used to “heal and change” minds as well as culture.
The series aims to challenge awareness-expanding possibilities for various psychedelics, and how researchers, psychologists, medical staff find new uses for them. Pollan also personally participates in all the psychedelics he examines – LSD, Psilocybin (magic mushrooms), MDMA and Mescaline – and discusses how each one affects him
These are confrontational and challenging things.
